This is one of my own unique flavours of kimchi and is personally my favourite kimchi. I tried this combination several years ago and was really happy with how it turned out so decided to sell it. The flavour is not strong, but complex from the fermented cabbage, handful of chili flakes and the addition of celery.
250g and 450g jars available.
Ingredients: White & Red cabbage (70%), Garlic shoots(13%), onion, garlic, ginger, radish, Himalayan salt, apple ,vegetable stock (shiitake mushroom, kelp, and water), sweet rice flour, chilli flake.
Shelf life: Our best before date is 6 months after being produced.
We recommend you cook the kimchi if you find it too sour.
Recipe idea:
Just simply add it to a bowl of rice, your steak and maybe your cheese board.
