Best before date

We normally give 6 months for best before date after production date, but this is just indication. As Kimchi is alive fermented product, texture and flavor is keep changing. It is not going off, just becomes more sour. 

It means you can keep eating if you like sour Kimchi, otherwise you can cook them like just simple stir fry, Kimchi fried rice, Kimchi stew, and Kimchi/ cheese tosties...
