Perfect for simple savory snacking or a perfect quick meal after a busy day at work. Just mix it up and cook on a fry pan for about 5 minutes. So easy!!
Add whatever toppings you feel like to add variety, can add anything you might have on a toasted sandwich or wrap.
I use sour kimchi, with is kimchi that is 3 - 6 months old. Still very safe to eat & great flavour, just is sour & soft rather than crunchy. The mix is vegan and contains no gluten or dairy products.
